Description

A flat drop cable has a flat appearance and is usually composed of a polyethylene sheath, several fibers and two dielectric strength members to provide high compressive strength. Fiber drop cables usually contain one or two fibers, however, drop cables with fiber counts of up to 12 or more are now available.
