    Description


    The Loose Tube Single Jacket All Dielectric cables, which are intended for duct and aerial (lashed) installation, are lightweight with a small diameter. The cable core's center is made of glass fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP), around which the loose tube (and filler rope) is twisted to create a compact and circular cable core. Water-blocking fillers are used to fill the gaps in the cable core. The cable also features a layer of polyethylene on the inside.


    Structure


    The optical fiber, once coated, is protected by a loose tube.

    This loose tube is twisted around the reinforcement, which is located in the center of the optical cable.



    Features

    The technology of "SZ" bidirectional layer twisting is adopted.

    Water-blocking ointment is applied step by step to achieve full-section water blocking.

    Steel (or aluminum) belts have reliable bonding, high strength, and do not crack when twisted.

    Stable fiber length control is maintained.

    After the cable is formed, the additional attenuation of the optical fiber is almost zero, and the dispersion value remains unchanged.

    The cable boasts excellent environmental performance and is suitable for use within a temperature range of -10℃~+70℃.

    This cable can support up to 288 fibers and features a loose tube gel-filled construction that provides superior fiber protection. Its all-dielectric structure and UV and moisture-resistant design ensure durability.


    Applications


    This cable is suitable for a variety of laying methods, including overhead, pipeline, and direct burial. It is appropriate for use in both backbones and access networks and can be installed in ducts or lashed/aerial configurations.

    Characteristics

    This cable is entirely non-metallic.
